Delivery and Returns Information

DELIVERY
- Within Thailand
- Standard delivery: Within 3 working days. FREE
- Same-day delivery for orders placed before 2pm (Bangkok time) (within the Bangkok metropolitan area only): THB 200
- Outside Thailand
- 7-14 working days depending on the country of destination. We will confirm the shipping fees and time with the courier service provider and inform you accordingly. Please check your e-mail inbox for an update.
- You are responsible for ensuring the product can be lawfully imported to the country of destination. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country that the product is being imported to.
- You are responsible for any and all applicable taxes, customs and duties, both in Thailand and destination country, including import duties and sales taxes.
RETURNS
- All products are sold as-is and returns, exchanges and refunds are generally not possible.
- In case of damage to the product during delivery, please notify us within 24 hours of your receipt of the product. We may consider your request for return, exchange or refund at our full discretion. Please take a video while unboxing the product that clearly shows the damage to the product and provide this when contacting us with your request.
- Where your request for return, exchange or refund has been approved by us, you shall be responsible for any related shipping costs, fees and charges by banks or payment service providers, and any and all applicable taxes, customs and duties.
